Forgings
Hardware Components has qualified sources for a wide range
of forged processes including open die forgings, impression/closed
die drop forgings, cold forged, swaging and roll forming.
We forge aluminum alloys, stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel,
and brass alloys.
Secondary processes we can perform include complete machining,
de-burring, solution annealing, normalizing, water quenching,
tempering and stress relieving. We also can perform surface finishes
such as polishing, painting, nickel/chrome plating, zinc plating, black
oxidation, anodizing or shot blasting.

Stampings
Hardware Components has qualified sources for blanking, piercing,
forming and drawing. Various stamping techniques are available,
including fine blanking, progressive die stamping and deep drawing.
Short or long runs are welcome. We stamp ferrous and non-ferrous
alloys such as stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, zinc, aluminum, brass,
and bronze.
A full range of secondary and finishing operations are available. Hardware Components can provide deburring, coining, tapping and assembly. Finishes
include plating, powder coating, heat-treating, chromating, oxiding and other
surface finishing techniques.
