We have experience in molding commodity and engineered polymers with UV stability, chemical resistance, impact strength, flexural strength and wear ability.

Our manufacturers include both short and long run shops. We have sources for insert molding, over molding and secondary assemblies requiring machining, sonic welding or custom pad printing.

We have an array of molders available in Taiwan, China and Vietnam to match the unique characteristics required for your molded product.

Rubber/Silicone Products
Hardware Components has qualified in China and Vietnam for quality rubber products. We specialize in the production of compression molded, extruded and die-cut rubber products for industrial and consumer industries.

We can produce parts made from natural rubber, silicone rubber, EPDM, Nitrile, SBR, Viton and many others.

Typical products include pet toys, gaskets, o-rings, seals, vibration isolators, bushings, diaphragms, caps, plugs and boots.

Machined Parts
We have the right manufacturer for your custom machined parts, fasteners and engineered components. Our various facilities have conventional and CNC lathes, mills and turning machines as well as high speed CNC machining centers, multi-axis CNC machine centers, spline and thread rolling.

We also perform various heat treatment processes and metal finishing, chrome/nickel plating and anodizing.

Assemblies
Hardware Components specializes in all types of mechanical assemblies made to our customer’s specifications. We have wide-ranging experience in manufacturing sub-assemblies for your final assembly process and complete assemblies ready for the end-user.
